This the real deal. Highly recommended. Looks like it's been in business for 100 years Doesn't look like much from the street, especially as a street level sign is non-existent, but their food is about as authentic as you can get. Seating is, um, "functional" and is upstairs.

What can I say but this place improves each time I visit. The service is top notch fast and swift and the staff can answer any questions you have about dishes. I have tried a variety of dishes from dim sum to veggies and seafood even lechon and never have i been dissapointed. I love the shakes especially the four seasons and mango. I do recommend staying in a hotel close by as if like me you will over eat and have to duck waddle back to hotel. Then once you need a midnight snack want to go back before they close at 2am.

This place has excellent service and stellar reputation for authentic Chinese food. Located in the heart of China town in Manila , in the area called binondo , it can be easily found, I won't recommend it for folks who don't like to risk eating in alleys, back streets and restaurants whose kitchen is open 24/7 and have no time to power wash everyday. You can enjoy authentic dumplings and famous Chinese butter chicken . Parking is available across the street if you can find one , recommend going later in night to avoid wait and easy parking. They are open till 2 am and food tasted as delicious as in the day.

At present, my favourite Chinese restaurant in Metro Manila for dimsum and short orders because it is very affordable, fast, and delicious. They have an extensive menu especially on dimsum and is priced at 65-75 pesos only. Favorites are Chou Chow Dumplings (dumplings on rice flour skin with peanuts), Pan-Fried Raddish Cake, Deep-Fried Taro Puff, Hakaw (Shrimp Dumpling), Steamed Lumpia (beancurd roll), Beef Ball, and Cheong Fan (available in shrimp, asado, hebi, and vegetable). Other must-tries are Ham Soy Kok (buchi-like dumpling with pork filling), Pork Blood (Chinese-style pork blood in gelatine form), Lo Mai Kai (machang), and Fried Vegetable Lumpia (not oily and has a lot of filling). I usually order dimsum take outs for office luncheons. For mains, I usually go for the Frog Legs if available, and Fish Congee. They do not use Dory Fish for their fish congee. Crystal shrimp and hot prawn salad are classic favourites as well. Everything is a must-try at Ying Ying because their menu is complete and have something for everybody. I love the fact that it is inexpensive and they open till 2AM. They also have a one giant table function room on the mezzanine, and more tables on the second floor. They also sell frozen dimsum like siomai, hakaw, and raddish cake that you can cook at home.

A friend of mine brought me here for the first time a few weeks ago and I have gone back three times since. That's how much I love this joint. Most of the Chinese food stops that I have been to are along Ongpin Street so that makes this Escolta Chinese tea house a bit out of the way. I have only gone in the early mornings and one can tell that the restaurant is good because of the crowd of eager and hungry diners who are waiting for tables outside. The food is your typical Chinese dimsum, dumplings and noodles fare but what I love about the menu is their comprehensiveness. They have everything here! From coffee to milk teas, to duck and the most delectable hakaw. I am simply smitten. This has become one of my favorite places in the city.

This restaurant offers a wide range of choices under the Chinese cuisine. We usually eat here during Sundays or whenever there is a family occasion. Our staple orders are: Beef Ho Fan, Spinach Soup, Hakaw, Cheung fan and lemon chicken. I usually order their milk tea! It tastes authentic. Recently, I tried their Four seasons shake and I guess I will order it from now on. It's so refreshing and has real fruit bits. Just make sure to bring your patience especially on weekends since this place is full house most of the time. Definitely a family favorite and I'm sure the best one in Binondo.
